MOGUL continues to be backed for the Derby despite his defeat in the King Edward VII Stakes at Royal Ascot.
The full-brother to Japan is Epsom-bound on Saturday and he's been backed into 7/1 from 12s in the past week despite his fourth behind Pyledriver two weeks ago.
Paddy Power spokesman Paul Binfield said: “Mogul was backed at 50/1 before his debut last year and again afterwards despite being well beaten. He’s sure to come on a pile for his defeat in the King Edward VII Stakes which is bad news for us as he’s a significant ante post loser."
