Love oozed class as she supplemented victories in the 1000 Guineas and Investec Oaks with a deeply impressive display in the Darley Yorkshire Oaks at York. Following Enable's defection, Love (4/9 fav) was all the rage to register her third Group One victory from as many starts this season and barely broke sweat as she cruised to another facile success. Jockey Ryan Moore was happy to take a lead as Manuela De Vega cut out sensible early fractions but Love simply breezed into the lead with over two furlongs to run as her rivals, one by one, failed to land anything close to a telling blow....                        Andrew Nelis  racing

Ryan Moore  paid tribute to  Sir Michael Stoute ’s late partner  Coral  Pritchard-Gordon after completing a treble at Kempton with an emotional success aboard  My Frankel . A hugely popular figure in Newmarket and a regular attendee at the races with the Classic-winning trainer, Pritchard-Gordon, 73, died on Tuesday following an 11-month battle with illness. On a poignant day, Moore – sporting a black armband – notched a hat-trick highlighted by the two-length victory of the Frankel colt for Stoute in the  Unibet  Casino Deposit £10 Get £40 Bonus Novice Stakes...                        Andrew Nelis Racing 

Further top-level assignments await  Veracious  after the Group One-winning mare made the perfect start to her campaign with victory in the  BetVictor British EBF Dick Hern Stakes at Haydock. The daughter of Frankel finally delivered the Group One victory she had long promised in the Falmouth Stakes last summer, before finishing second in the Sun Chariot and fourth in the QEII in October. Having been kept in training as a five-year-old, she was the 11-10 favourite to make a successful reappearance on Merseyside for  Sir Michael Stoute  and  Ryan Moore  – and got the job done in fine style...                         Andrew Nelis  racing 

Oisin Murphy  said on Friday that the media are creating an “issue out of nothing” over the interference rules in racing. Interference has become a hot topic and again raised its head at Glorious Goodwood last week when Tilsit was allowed to keep a race despite badly impeding My Oberon in the closing stages.  Ryan Moore, the winning rider, was given a five-day ban . Blue Mist put his luckless run at Royal Ascot behind him with a dominant victory in the Moet & Chandon International Stakes. Roger Charlton's charge was a well-supported favourite for the Silver Wokingham at the Berkshire circuit last month - but a tardy start put him on the back foot, and he encountered trouble in running on his way to finish a never-nearer ninth. There were no such problems on his return to Ascot this time, however, as the 9-2 market leader travelled strongly for much of the seven-furlong journey under Ryan Moore before displaying a sharp turn of foot to leave his rivals trailing in his wake..

Love added another Classic to her CV as she galloped all over her rivals in the Investec Oaks at Epsom. Winner of the 1000 Guineas at Newmarket last month, the Aidan O'Brien-trained filly made a seamless step up to 12 furlongs as she cruised home by nine lengths in the hands of Ryan Moore. Stablemate Passion and Tiempo Vuela tried to set the early pace, but they were ignored by the main players, with Moore settling the 11-10 favourite in fifth and Frankie Dettori tracking him on main market rival Frankly Darling.                    Andrew Nelis Racing 

Santiago produced an improved display to give Aidan O'Brien a seventh victory in the Queen's Vase at Royal Ascot. The Ballydoyle handler saddled two runners in a bid to add to his previous triumphs in the Group Two feature, with Ryan Moore partnering Santiago and Frankie Dettori aboard Nobel Prize. The pair raced in unison for much of the contest and travelled kindly into the home straight, with 100-30 chance Santiago - not seen since landing a Listowel maiden in September - covered up in behind the leaders..              Andrew Nelis racing ..

Battleground stuck to his guns to take Listed honours in the Chesham Stakes at Royal Ascot. The Aidan O’Brien-trained War Front colt out of the brilliant racemare Found showed he had benefited from the experience of his debut at Naas last week with a professional display. Ryan Moore had him just off the pace set by the Mark Johnson pair of Golden Flame and March Law before he set sail for home. March Law made a fight of it, but Battleground (11-4 favourite) was just too strong, scoring by two and a half lengths. Seattle Rock was a length and three-quarter lengths away in third, despite drifting over to the far side of the course. O’Brien said: “He’s a lovely horse, the first out of Found and he’s very exciting really. “There was no hard luck story on his debut, but he’d have learned a lot from it. You’d imagine he’ll stay a bit further. “We were a bit worried about the ground as he’s by War Front, but Found herself didn’t mind soft and won a Breeders’ Cup on it so that g...

Russian Emperor finished with a rattle to claim a last-gasp success in a thrilling renewal of the Hampton Court Stakes at Royal Ascot. Runner-up to stablemate Cormorant when hot favourite for the Derrinstown Stud Derby Trial at Leopardstown last week, Aidan O'Brien's colt was sent off at 100-30 for what looked a competitive Group Three event. Berlin Tango - who had beaten Tuesday's King Edward VII Stakes winner Pyledriver on his latest appearance at Kempton - travelled strongly into the home straight under Oisin Murphy before quickening to grab the lead.
