Miss Amulet to have a crack at the chevely park stakes Andrew Nelis Racing

A tilt at the Cheveley Park Stakes is next on the agenda for Lowther Stakes winner Miss Amulet. The Ken Condon-trained filly prevailed by a length in the Group Two contest at York last week - a second successive victory after she gained black-type form in the Listed Marwell Stakes at Naas on August 3. Condon reports the two-year-old in good order after her performance on the Knavesmire, and is likely to step the daughter of Sir Prancealot up to Group One level at Newmarket on her next appearance...                    Andrew Nelis Racing 

Miss Amulet wins the Skybet Lowther Stakes York Andrew Nelis Racing

Miss Amulet  saw off favourite  Sacred  to win the  Sky Bet   Lowther  Stakes at  York  for Ireland. Ken Condon’s filly, having her sixth race, made her experience count to keep the challenge of Sacred comfortably at bay in the final furlong. The 15-2 shot took up the running from big outsider  Wings Of A Dove  two furlongs out – and although Sacred appeared briefly set to justify her starting price of 15-8, Miss Amulet responded gamely for James Doyle to prevail by a length...                      

Miss Amulet claims the irish EBF Marwell stakes at Naas Andrew Nelis racing

Miss Amulet provided Ken Condon with another notable winner when quickening by odds-on favourite Frenetic in the Arqana Irish EBF Marwell Stakes at Naas. Condon has already landed the Railway Stakes with Laws Of Indices and the Minstrel Stakes with Romanised this season, as well as winning with a couple of promising juveniles. Miss Amulet (12-1) looked to have plenty to find with Frenetic on the figures, with Ger Lyons' filly talked of as a possible Nunthorpe contender later in the month..                       Andrew Nelis Racing
